Trainer+ is a mobile application designed for trainers and clients to monitor workouts and assessments for their fitness plans, whether working in-person or online. It complements the web application used by trainers for content creation, program updates, and client management within the Trainer Plus platform. Participation in the app requires clients to be invited.

By starting with ExerGuide to curate your exercise list, you can then invite your trainer or request a match through our platform before commencing tracking via Trainer+.
